Even years as a successful healthcare leader and achieving personal and professional milestones couldn’t eclipse the overwhelming struggles of being a migraine sufferer. Despite all my accomplishments, I lived in constant fear of migraines, avoiding foods and activities I loved and breaking plans with friends and family.
I’ve suffered from migraines from my earliest childhood, and despite research-based changes in lifestyle, diet, exercise, and medication, migraines not only persisted but also increased in frequency, duration, and severity.

As an adult, the belief that migraines would always hinder my dreams consumed me–until I realized I could stop migraines in their tracks and prevent future episodes.

Applying my masters-level education in cognitive neuroscience, public health knowledge, and hands-on experience working in a migraine research lab, I discovered a breakthrough that allows me to live a life free from migraines without the sacrifices I once thought were inevitable.
