We understand that migraines can become a significant source of anxiety, overwhelming you and constantly interrupting your plans, stealing your happiness, and impeding your progress. You may have even undergone complicated medical assessments or tried expensive trial-and-error drug treatments, only to be dissatisfied with the outcomes. We offer a comprehensive 14-week coaching program designed to partner with you on your own journey to healing. Through a series of fourteen personalized 1:1 coaching sessions, we address the integration of your mind, body, and spirit, enabling you to help eliminate or reduce the suffering caused by both migraines and their triggers. Having tried so many things over the years without success, I thought it was worth taking [Kendra] up on the opportunity to get migraine coaching. I didn’t really know what would be involved, or how much relief I could expect, but I was certainly willing to try something different. I’m so very glad I did! She took the time to ask specific questions about my migraine attacks and what I would try, what the situation was when they would start, how I would feel during them and afterwards, and really listened to the situations I described to her. Over the course of a few sessions, I learned more about what might be triggering them and how I could better manage those triggers and help myself stop the migraines before they really got started. With her help I have had fewer migraines over the past several months and have gone weeks without getting one at all. This has made a considerable difference in my day-to-day life and
my ability to be productive at work. My focus is much better and I have a process to follow to avoid being victim to migraines in the future and no longer need to rely on medications.
